MONDAY & THURSDAY: 6-8PM
KRAV MAGA: LEARN THE WORLD’S MOST PROVEN SELF DEFENSE SYSTEm. WE WILL TEACH YOU HOW TO MOVE, STRIKE, KICK AND FIGHT ON THE GROUND, DEFEND AGAINST PUNCHES, GRABS, CHOKES, BEAR HUGS, AND HEADLOCKS. through drills and training, you’ll learn WHEN TO STRIKE AND WHEN TO ESCAPE, All while growing in CONFIDENCe AND ABILITY to defend yourself and others.
KRAVFIT: fitness is integral to success in a self defense situation. You must be strong, fast, and capable of running away when the opportunity presents. KRAVFIT WILL push you to a HIGHER level of functional fitness. Expect to squat, pushup, plank, burpee, curl, press, lunge AND RUN IN THIS HIIT STYLE CLASS.

TUESDAY & THURSDAY: 330-430PM; 430-530pm
BULLYPROOF KIDS IS A UNIQUE BLEND OF TECHNIQUES FROM ISSHINRYU KARATE, KRAV MAGA, AND JIU-JITSU. WE TEACH CHILDREN HOW TO DEFEND AGAINST BULLIES, KIDNAPPING, SEXUAL PREDATORS, GANGS, CYBER-BULLYING AND MORE.
