Membership Policies
Battle Rock Krav Maga operates on a simple and transparent membership structure designed to support consistency and accountability in training.• Memberships are month-to-month with no long-term contracts required. • No refunds are issued for membership fees or training sessions. • A 30-day written notice is required to pause or cancel any monthly membership. • Payments not received by the 10th of each month will incur a $15 late fee.We encourage consistent training and clear communication. training attire Policy
Battle Rock Krav Maga does not require a specific uniform for regular classes. Members are encouraged to wear comfortable athletic clothing that allows for unrestricted movement while maintaining an appropriate, modest, and professional training environment.
Because Krav Maga and Jiu-Jitsu involve close-contact training, partner drills, ground work, kicking, grappling, and other dynamic movements, clothing should remain secure and provide appropriate coverage throughout training.
APPROPRIATE TRAINING ATTIRE
Athletic shorts of an appropriate length or athletic pantsT-shirts, athletic shirts, or other tops that provide appropriate coverageClothing that fits securely and remains in place during physical activityClean, closed-toe athletic shoes when required for the class or training areaAppropriate athletic undergarments/support as needed
CLOTHING NOT APPROPRIATE FOR TRAINING
For the comfort and respect of everyone training, please avoid:
Very short or revealing athletic/spandex shortsClothing that becomes excessively revealing when kicking, bending, grappling, or exercisingCrop tops or shirts that expose the midriff during trainingLow-cut or excessively revealing topsSee-through clothingClothing containing offensive, vulgar, or inappropriate words or imagesJewelry or accessories that could cause injury during partner training
