Ladies, build confidence and situational awareness. This krav maga class is for women only, and is taught by women. This offers a more comprehensive perspective for ladies as well as an opportunity for female survivors to train in an environment that is more comfortable. We focus on specific situations that you may encounter and equip you with tools, techniques, and training to better defend yourself and others.
